The Corten steel floor lamp, model Caterina, is inspired by the ‘doilies’ that our grandmothers, just like Caterina, used to make in days gone by.

The doily was a small item made with crochet, lace, knitting needles. It usually had a decorative function. With its rounded shape, it emphasised vases, statuettes and trinkets, preventing them from scratching surfaces.

In this larger specimen, the essence of the Apulian tradition is encapsulated. Nonna Adelaide stylishly decorates every room, even in perfect harmony with both modern and classic furnishings.
