This page describes the methods and logic of the processing of personal data of users (hereinafter, also users) who consult the website www.centrinostyle.it (hereinafter, also the Site).

The processing of data related to the information request form takes place at the registered office and is handled, through electronic means and after the adoption of appropriate security measures, by staff on duty at the office in charge of processing.

3. Legal basis of processing
The personal data indicated on this page are processed in the performance of tasks of public interest or otherwise related to the exercise of public authority.

Data Subjects (natural persons to whom the data refer), according to art. 15 et seq. of the RGPD, may exercise their rights at any time and in particular, the right to access their personal data, to request their rectification or restriction, updating if incomplete or erroneous and deletion if collected in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their processing subject to the existence of legitimate reasons by the Data Controller.
